• The Kaufmann Mother’s Day 2024 Competition will run from 26 April to 3 May 2024.
• Winners are selected at random with the help of an online randomiser app. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition.
• Winners will be named on social media channels within Friday 3 May 2024.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Prizes will be forfeited if not claimed within one week after being contacted by our team.
• This giveaway is open to people based in South-Africa, courier fees will be covered by Kaufmann.
• Any disputes or complaints regarding the competition should be addressed to marketing@agrinet.co.za.

• By entering the “Kaufmann Mother’s Day” competition, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

In order to be eligible to enter the competition, a participant:

• Must be at least 18 years old and residing in the Republic of South Africa;.
• Like both the Kaufmann Facebook and Instagram accounts, and comment under the Mother’s Day competition post and tag 3 friends to gain an entry.
• One entry per applicant.
• All participants who meet the eligibility requirements set out above will be automatically entered into the competition.

The following persons and entities are not eligible to participate in the competition:

• directors, members, partners, employees, agents of or consultants to Agrinet (Pty) Ltd, its subsidiaries, divisions and/or associated companies (“Agrinet”) or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Agrinet, and their spouses, life partners, immediate family members and business partners;
• directors, members, partners, employees, agents of or consultants to the advertising and promotion agencies of Agrinet and their spouses, life partners, immediate family members and business partners;
• and directors, members, partners, employees, agents of or consultants to (“Supplier”) or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Supplier and their spouses, life partners, immediate family members and business partners.
